To Install Software

Use the Microsoft Store (Recommended for Security):
- Open the Microsoft Store from the Start menu.
- Search for the app you want in the search bar.
- Click Get or Install.

Install from a Trusted Source:
- Download the software installer from a verified website.
- Double-click the downloaded file (usually an
.exe
file). - Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
To Uninstall Software

Open Apps Settings:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.

Find the App:
- Scroll through the list or use the search bar to locate the app you want to uninstall.

Uninstall the App:
- Click the app name, then click Uninstall.
- Follow the prompts to complete the process.
For Mac Users
To Install Software

Use the App Store (Recommended for Security):
- Open the App Store from the Dock or Launchpad.
- Search for the app you need.
- Click Get or Buy, then follow the prompts to install.

Install from a Trusted Source:
- Download the app’s
.dmg
file from a verified website. - Double-click the
.dmg
file to open it. - Drag the app icon to the Applications folder to install.

To Uninstall Software

Go to Applications:
- Open the Applications folder from Finder.

Remove the App:
- Drag the app to the Trash.

Empty the Trash:
- Right-click the Trash icon and select Empty Trash to permanently delete the app.
