For Windows Users

Restart the App:
- Press
Ctrl + Alt + Del
and select Task Manager. - Locate the app under the Processes tab, select it, and click End Task.
- Reopen the app.

Check for Updates:
- Open the app and look for updates under its Help or Settings menu.

Repair the App:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
- Select the app and click Advanced Options (if available).
- Click Repair or Reset.

Reinstall the App:
- Uninstall the app (refer to the steps in 1).
- Reinstall it from the Microsoft Store or the official website.
For Mac Users

Force Quit and Reopen:
- Press
Command + Option + Esc
. - Select the app and click Force Quit.
- Reopen the app.

Check for Updates:
- Open the App Store and check for app updates.
- Update the app if available.

Delete Preferences:
- Open Finder, go to ~/Library/Preferences, and locate the app’s preference file.
- Delete it and restart the app (this resets the app settings).

Reinstall the App:
- Drag the app to the Trash, then reinstall it from the App Store or a verified source.
