Open Power Settings:
- Go to Settings > System > Power & Battery.

Adjust Sleep Timers:
- Under Screen and Sleep, set the time for when the screen should turn off or the PC should sleep.

Choose a Power Plan:
- Click Additional Power Settings under Related Settings.
- Select Balanced for general use or Power Saver to conserve energy.

Customize Advanced Settings:
- Click Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings.
- Adjust settings for hard disks, display, and processor power management.
For Mac Users

Open Power Settings:
- Go to System Settings > Battery.

Adjust Sleep Settings:
- Select Display Sleep and set the time to put the display to sleep.
- Enable Prevent Your Mac from Automatically Sleeping to keep it awake for specific tasks.

Use Schedule Options:
- Click Schedule to set specific times for your Mac to start up or go to sleep.
