Restart in Safe Mode:
- Press the Power button to turn off the computer.
- Turn it back on and press
F8
repeatedly before the Windows logo appears. - Select Safe Mode from the menu.

Check for Problematic Apps:
- In Safe Mode, uninstall recently added software:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features.
- Select the app and click Uninstall.
- In Safe Mode, uninstall recently added software:

Run Startup Repair:
- Insert a Windows installation USB or DVD and boot from it.
- Select Repair Your Computer > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.

Update or Roll Back Drivers:
- Open Device Manager from the Start Menu.
- Right-click the problematic device, select Update Driver, or choose Roll Back Driver.
For Mac Users

Start in Safe Mode:
- Turn off your Mac.
- Turn it on and immediately press and hold the Shift key until the login screen appears.
- Safe Mode disables unnecessary startup items to help you troubleshoot.

Remove Problematic Apps:
- Open Applications in Finder.
- Drag recently installed apps to the Trash.

Repair Disk with Disk Utility:
- Restart your Mac and hold Command + R during startup to access Recovery Mode.
- Open Disk Utility, select your disk, and click First Aid.

Update macOS:
- Boot in Safe Mode, then go to System Settings > General > Software Update to install updates.
