For Windows Users

Check Wi-Fi Connection:
- Ensure the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar is enabled.
- Disconnect and reconnect to the network.

Run the Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
- Click Network Troubleshooter and follow the prompts.

Restart Your Router and Device:
- Turn off your router, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on.
- Restart your computer.

Check Airplane Mode:
- Ensure Airplane Mode is off by going to Settings > Network & Internet > Airplane Mode.

Contact IT or ISP:
- If the issue persists, contact your IT team or Internet Service Provider.
For Mac Users

Check Wi-Fi Status:
- Ensure the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar is enabled.
- Disconnect and reconnect to your network.

Renew DHCP Lease:
- Go to System Settings > Network > Wi-Fi.
- Click Details, then Renew Lease under TCP/IP.

Restart Router and Mac:
- Turn off your router, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on.
- Restart your Mac.

Check Airplane Mode:
- Ensure Airplane Mode is off in System Settings > Wi-Fi.
