For Windows Users

  1. Check Wi-Fi Connection:

    • Ensure the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar is enabled.
    • Disconnect and reconnect to the network.
  2. Run the Troubleshooter:

    • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
    • Click Network Troubleshooter and follow the prompts.
  3. Restart Your Router and Device:

    • Turn off your router, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on.
    • Restart your computer.
  4. Check Airplane Mode:
