For Windows Users

Turn Bluetooth Off and On:
- Go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & Other Devices.
- Toggle Bluetooth Off, wait 5 seconds, then turn it On.

Re-Pair the Device:
- Remove the device:
- Select the device under Bluetooth & Other Devices and click Remove Device.
- Reconnect the device:
- Click Add Bluetooth or Other Device and follow the pairing instructions.
- Remove the device:

Check Device Battery:
- Ensure the Bluetooth device has sufficient charge.

Restart Your Computer:
- Restart to refresh Bluetooth services.

Update Bluetooth Drivers:
- Open Device Manager by searching for it in the Start menu.
- Expand Bluetooth, right-click the device, and select Update Driver.
For Mac Users

Turn Bluetooth Off and On:
- Go to System Settings > Bluetooth.
- Toggle Bluetooth Off, wait 5 seconds, then turn it On.

- Remove the device:
- Click the i next to the device in the Bluetooth list and select Forget This Device.
- Reconnect the device:
- Click Add Device and follow the pairing instructions.
- Remove the device:

Check Device Battery:
- Ensure the Bluetooth device is charged.

Restart Your Mac:
- Restart to refresh Bluetooth services.

Reset Bluetooth Module:
