For Windows Users

  1. Locate the Tech Bros Widget in the System Tray

    • Look for the T-Shaped Tech Bros logo in the system tray (bottom-right corner of your screen, near the clock).
  2. Open the Widget

    • Click on the Tech Bros logo to open the widget menu.
  3. Select “Submit a Ticket”

    • From the menu options, choose Submit a Ticket.
  4. Fill Out the Ticket Form

    • Provide all required information:
  5. Send the Ticket

    • Click Send to submit your request.
  6. Wait for a Response

    • The IT team will review your ticket and respond as soon as possible.

For Mac Users

  1. Locate the Tech Bros Widget in the Menu Bar

    • Find the T-Shaped Tech Bros logo in the menu bar (top-right corner of your screen).
  2. Open the Widget

    • Click on the logo to access the menu.
  3. Select “Submit a Ticket”

    • From the list of options, choose Submit a Ticket.
  4. Fill Out the Ticket Form

    • Enter the required details:
  5. Send the Ticket

    • Click Send to complete your submission.
  6. Wait for IT Response

    • The IT team will review your ticket and get back to you promptly.
